General Refund Policy

Because of the kind of services we provide like education guidance and academic support refunds are only given in situations.

If we have already started or finished a service you might not be able to get a refund.

Refundable Services

We usually do not give refunds for:

Services that we have already given you or finished.
Guidance or advice sessions that we have already had with you.
Help with documents, editing, writing or research that we have already started.
Fees that we have to pay to companies or universities.
Services to help with admission to a university if we have already sent in your application.

Service Cancellation

You can ask us to cancel a service before we start working on it. If we say yes we will give you a refund. We might take out some money for administration costs.

Processing of Refunds

If we say yes to a refund, we will try to send the money to you the same way you paid us.

It might take some time to get your refund, between 7 and 14 working days because we have to wait for the banks and other companies to process it.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Kingsgate Global Education helps you with education guidance, mentorship, academic support, and other services. We cannot promise:

That you will get into a university.
That you will get a degree.
That you will get a doctorate award.
That your research will be published.
That you will get a job.
That you will get a scholarship.
That you will get results in your studies or career.

We will not give you a refund just because you did not get the outcome you wanted from a university or other company.
